Born from Louis Falisse's passion for nature and shaped by his family roots in the logging industry, So Wood Kombucha offers a completely new tasting experience. Our unique kombuchas are infused with the hidden treasures of our Belgian forests: leaves, needles, buds, and flowers.
In response to the lack of alternatives to alcoholic beverages or overly sugary sodas, we have created a healthy, refreshing, and alcohol-free drink that captures the authenticity of nature in every sip.

Innovation and the Future
Science serving the environment: beyond the beverage, So Wood Kombucha is much more than a craft brewery. Emerging from Living Forest, a "climate tech" startup, our initiative is built on an innovative scientific approach. In collaboration with renowned partners such as the Smart Gastronomy Lab (ULiège - Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech) and the BXVentures studio, we are conducting advanced research on the SCOBY (the kombucha fermentation matrix).
Our goal? To develop innovative and sustainable biofilms with promising ecological applications, particularly in the food industry and water filtration.
The So Wood Production
To ensure the highest quality and support our local community, all of our artisanal production is crafted, brewed, and bottled locally, right next to the forests that inspire us !
